We require a valid credit card to secure all appointments made online. Kindly inform us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule to allow us time to fill the spot with another client. Please note that appointments have a 10-minute late arrival policy. Late cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total plus a $35 cancellation fee. Customers with two no shows will be blocked from online booking .
